Bond Cleaning Checklist Before Moving House
Bond cleaning is the final clean you give your rental property before moving out. Clean your place properly and you’ll get back the bond deposit you paid when you first leased the property. Don’t and you lose out. It’s that simple. Without a proper cleaning, you won’t be refunded. That’s why so many people prefer to use professional cleaners to do their final bond clean. They save themselves time and often money as well.
Your home should be spick and span before the new renters arrive; chances are you moved into a spotless house or apartment, only fair that your tenants do as well. We recommend you hire professional cleaners to ensure that your property gets a thorough cleaning, allowing you to focus on the rest of the moving process.
